You know those little pieces of wrapping paper you have no use for after wrapping gifts?  Well, cut them into little pieces and use them to decorate those plastic shopping bags we all collect in drawers, cabinets, etc.  Just glue them on in desired pattern or non-pattern as the case may be. Scatter a few gold star stickers.  Nestle your gift inside, tie up the handles and top with a ribbon or bow.  What could be any prettier or craftier?
