	Plastic Bag Dispenser Cut off the top and the bottom of a 2-liter pop bottle. Punch a hole on both sides of the wider end of the pop bottle, and tie a string or ribbon through the holes to make a hanger. Stuff plastic bags through the top. When you need a plastic bag, just pull it from the bottom! Keep clothespins handy by clipping them to the top rim of the pop bottle. Of course you can decorate the bottle, or leave it plain like our class did as this was an item for our Earth Day craft table.
