	Detergent Bottle Cap Mobile Save lids from laundry detergent bottles. I used 5. Punch 5 holes in a shortening can lid. Punch a hole in the top of each detergent lid. Insert a cord or fishing line through the hole and tie a big enough knot (or knots) to keep the cord from coming through the hole. Slip the other end of each cord through the holes in the shortening lid. Gather the cords together at the top, secure in a couple of places with twistie ties, leaving enough cord at the top to make a loop.
